Instructional Design & Assessment
+ Internal Auditor of course design of teachers for effective instructional design and assessments

+ Define learning objectives and requirements based on the overall and specific learning expectations outlined in the Ontario curriculum

Ministry Coordination
+ Lead staff through 3 successful Ontario Ministry of Education Inspections

+ Designed and presented 2 additional programs for inspection approval including the 1st asynchronous online course for external purchase and Co-op

Academic Advising
+ Career and educational goal setting with students, identifying students’ strengths and weaknesses to assist with course selection

+ Introduce students and staff to assistive technologies for learning and followed up with users to assess their adaptation

+ Maintain updated reports and official documents of students progress

+ Assist grade 12 students with the university application process, reviewing admission requirements and eligibility criteria

+ Coordinate community outreach activities to provide ways for students to make a difference and realize the beauty of selflessness

Marketing & Accounting
+ Coordinate and design marketing materials for social media, website, print, poster and bus wrap

+ Manage the accounting of all financial transactions for the school
